Human trials for Coronavirus vaccine
Coronavirus has spread all across the globe killing more than 1.8 lakh people worldwide. Although doctors are leaving no stones unturned in the treatment of their COVID-19 patients, yet no medicinal cure has been found to win over this global pandemic.
Recently, many doctors and scientists have realized that the pandemic can only be beaten by a strong vaccine that can be used to treat the illness in patients.
UK and Australia to begin human trials soon
The only good news on the bulletin now is that UK and Australia will soon begin with human trials of the suggested vaccine. This phase if successful will be a global relief.
Health Secretary, Matt Hancock also had a few words to share regarding this
A strong vaccine is the only hope
The vaccines are being developed at Oxford University by different experts. The first human trial is set to be tested first in Australia in a few weeks. The vaccine will be examined on more than 100 healthy volunteers to test its incredibility.
Since the deaths due to coronavirus are rising to the rim each day, the whole world is praying for its success. With UK reaching almost 40,000 new cases, the world is deeply in need of a vaccine to end this immediately.
Although the tests and vaccine development might consume a fair amount of time, there’s some hope in the air.
