WHO confirms it hid nothing from other countries

The United States apparently blasted upon the World Health Organization (who) claiming that it has been hiding the pandemic from the start.

WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus confirmed that they did not hide anything from anyone and that they have been doing their best to prevent the pandemic from spreading.

Tedros confirms World Health Organization hid nothing

We have been warning from day one that this is a devil that everyone should fight,” Tedros stated in Geneva.

He also added later, “Having CDC staff means there is nothing hidden from the US, from day one. Because these are Americans working with us. It just comes naturally and they tell what they are doing,”

WHO is open. We don’t hide anything. Not only for CDC, them sending messages, or others — we want all countries to get the same message immediately because that helps countries to prepare well and to prepare quickly.”

Trump blames World Health Organization for delaying the alarm

Although Washington is the biggest funding source of WHO, Trump has been furious and is consistently accusing WHO of siding with China and having a vital hand in the spread of this disease. He also said that they had mismanaged everything and tried to cover up the cases.

The US State Department also pointed out that WHO had delayed extensively in alarming the countries about the global pandemic that did not allow us to take precautions at the right time. Many people have sided with American President for this statement that accuses WHO bluntly.

As a defense Tedros said, “One thing that has to be clear is the first email was not from Taiwan. Many other countries were already asking for clarification. The first report came from Wuhan,

Taiwan didn’t report any human-to-human transmission,” he stressed.

Amidst this blame game of several countries and WHO its almost impossible to say who is to be blamed. Let’s hope that the pandemic ends soon leaving the globe in serenity!
