SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT, A MASTER OF ALL TRADES.

Sushant Singh Rajput was so much more than just a brilliant actor. Born and brought up in Patna, Bihar, Sushant came from a middle-class family with dreams. As an excellent student, he was a single rank holder in AIEEE which is an entrance for engineering in India and had qualified physics Olympiad too. His career in theatre, dance, and film industry did not sway him from his keen interest in science ever. He loved physics and aspired to be an astronaut in his childhood. Although that did not happen, he continued to enlighten himself about astrophysics and quantum physics.

The lesser-known facts about him were his philanthropy and interest in gaming. In 2020, when the globe, especially India was suffering from the pandemic and its harsh side effects of hunger, poverty, and lack of proper health care, Sushant started an NGO called Front India For World Foundation to fight with the ravages of pandemic and poverty.

His love for technology had coaxed him to join a start-up called Innsaei Ventures Private Limited in 2018. He had captioned a post in Facebook in 2018 saying, “Artificial intelligence mixed with mixed reality (virtual and augmented) will Change the entertainment and it’s present industry (with key players/markers) as we know and understand it, and in under 5years. The future is already here, just unevenly distributed. Thinking that exponential technologies will match our linear way of predictive Analytics could be 100 times more catastrophic than the last mistake we made with the coming of sound in the last century.”

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Sushant’s producer said, “He was planning to design a game with his business partner. He was extremely intelligent and wanted to come up with a game of his own, using artificial intelligence. In the last few months, he was extremely involved with the whole coding bit and he was a quick learner and had an extremely sharp bent of mind towards science and technology. He had discussed the whole idea with his partner and the game was expected to be ready by design around the end of this year.”

His passion for gaming and technology would have taken the form of this game he was developing using AI if not for the tragedy that befell him.

He was the only Indian who had bought a piece of land moon which is interesting and highlights a big part of personality as a space lover. In fact, he was invited by The International Space University (ISU) to visit their campus last year. After his death ISU paid tribute to the late actor and said his memory will “remain among his thousands of followers.”

A company, Vividrage Rhealtyx Pvt. Ltd. was launched by Sushant Singh Rajput too, along with his friends Rhea Chakraborty and Showik Chakraborty in 2019.
