Recently, the Co-Founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi commending him for his strategic skills to help India combat COVID-19.
Throughout the letter, Gates seemed to be in awe of the PM’s leadership qualities and praised the techniques he has used to flatten the curve of this global pandemic

In his letter he wrote:
“We commend Modi your leadership and the proactive measures you and your government have taken to flatten the curve of the Covid-19 infection rate in India.”
“Such as adopting a national lockdown, expanding focused testing to identify hotspots for isolation, quarantining, and care, and significantly increasing health expenditures to strengthen the health system response and promote R&D and digital innovation.”
“I’m glad your government is fully utilising its exceptional digital capabilities in its Covid-19 response and has launched the Aarogya Setu digital app for coronavirus tracking, contact tracing, and to connect people to health services.”
“Grateful to see that you’re seeking to balance public health imperatives with the need to ensure adequate social protection for all Indians.”
This letter Modi automatically proves that is performing brilliantly in mapping out new strategies to beat the dangers of this pandemic. It is also a proud moment for our country to receive such an honourable letter that praises not only the government but also the way our nation is dealing with it.
Bill Gates along with his wife Melinda who are two of the biggest contributors in WHO have been helping the organisation to combat Coronavirus massively. It is amazing to see how they’ve come forward willingly to aid the problem in the world and help every nation to survive the pandemic. We hope that they continue to inspire us in the same way!
