We see them jumping buildings, combatting villians, Sabine the country, and of course emerging unhurt from the deadliest of situations. In fact we see them practically as superhumans. Their whole life is a mystery to us. So out of the blue when they meet the invincible reality of life which is death, undoubtedly the same enigma surrounds that as well.
Here are few acting stalwarts who left this world way ahead of time.
TARUNI SACHDEV
The child actors had been leading a successful career and aspired to become an actress when she grew up but destiny had its own plan as our popular rasna girl lost her life in a plane crash in Nepal at the age of 14. she is well remembered by the girl who worked with Amitabh Bachchan in the movie Paa.
DIVYA BHARTI
The actress was fast in her ways of becoming a superstar. Her movie shola aur Shabnam gained her a lot of fame as an actress and performer. However, at the age of 19 the actress fell to her early death which remains mysterious to us till now.
JIAH KHAN
The young actress was only 25 when she committed suicide. As a lot of water has been churned in this matter her suicide is still a mystery as no evidence is apt. She debuted with Amitabh Bachchan and also worked with Amir khan and Akshay Kumar.
SMITA PATIL
The actress had been part of the industry for just over a decade when she died. She had a complicated pregnancy and we lost her during childbirth. She was only 31 and did all sorts of films. Her artistic and hard-hitting films were just as big hits as her commercial films both ranking money and success.
GURU DUTT
Not only was Guru Dutt a great actor but also a great director. Although it is said that he committed suicide, his death still remains a mystery.
RITUPARNO GHOSH
The filmmaker from Bengal had given some massively successful and internationally acclaimed films that include ANTARMAHAL and CHOKHER BALI. However he had also been confused and conflicted when it came to his sexuality in her s last years before death. He had become more of a loner and died due to a severe heart attack.
VINOD MEHRA
One of the most handsome men in Indian cinema till date, he ruled the industry for almost two decades before he died in the year 1990 due to heart attack.
GEETA BALI
Another great actress, Geeta Bali has done films opposite all great actors of her time, including Dev Anand, Raj Kapoor, Guru Dutt. She was a fighter and bought her way a well-deserved success. Sadly she could not fight away the smallpox that took away her life at the age of 35 in the year 1965.
MADHUBALA
The actress died due to some heart complications at the age of 36. However till then she had worked enough and have given enough classic movies to the country to be remembered for the rest of her life.
MEENA KUMARI
The original tragedy queen, she played many tragic roles and lead an even more tragic life. Sadly her reality stuck hard as she died at the age of 39 due to alcohol addiction leading to liver cirrhosis.
IRRFAN KHAN
Not only a great actor in Bollywood, Irfan khan made us proud of Hollywood movies like Life of Pi to The Jurassic World. We lost the acting stalwart to cancer at the age of 53 in the year 2020 leaving the entire country mourning.
RISHI KAPOOR
The country and the industry was still not over mourning over the death of actors Irfan khan when Rishi Kapoor died at the age of 67. His incomparable dedication and work for Indian cinema will always be respected and celebrated.
